NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Village of Bradford

Is currently accepting sealed bids for several projects and items. Bids will be accepted beginning September 1, 2026, and will be opened on September 14, 2026, at 12:00 noon.

The following items are currently out for bid:

  • Purchase and removal of the metal slide located in the Village park. (Click Here) to review Bid Document.
  • Street striping, including designated crosswalks and parking areas throughout the Village.  (Click Here) to review Bid Document.
  • Crack filling/sealing on various Village streets.  (Click Here) to review Bid Document.
  • Asphalt repair of street openings at various locations throughout the Village.  (Click Here) to review Bid Documents.

Bid specifications and additional information for each item may be obtained from the Village of Bradford City Building, 115 North Miami Avenue, Bradford, Ohio.

All interested contractors and bidders are encouraged to review the applicable bid specifications prior to submitting a bid.

The Village of Bradford has annual Consumer Confidence Reports available for viewing. Please  (CLICK HERE) to review the 2019 report or go to the “Documents” top at the home page and them click on “Village Documents” to review past CCR’s  .

Shed Requirements:

Fence Requirements:

Village May Help will the Hauling of Gravel or Dirt
If you need gravel or dirt for your home improvement projects, the Village may be able to help transport it for you.  Please (CLICK HERE) to review the Ordinance on the hauling of dirt or gravel.  The material(s) must be purchased at CF Poeppelman Inc. by the resident before delivering.   Arrangements for the purchase can be made by calling 937-448-2191 and you can call 937-417-9953 to arrange the delivery.   Scheduled deliveries must be conducted during normal working hours and be made in advance.   No same day deliveries will be made.
